Samah's screenplay QURAN CAMP is a finalist in the 1497 Feature Lab competition! It also reached the top 3% of discoverable projects on Coverfly.

 

Samah is an inaugural member of the Rickshaw Film Foundation x WGA South Asian Writer's Committee Mentorship Program! She is developing her pilot WELCOME TO EARNEST in their 12-week Writer's Room, and a musical, ZEPHYR COUNTY PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL'S ADULT BEGINNER'S SWIM CLASS.

 

Samah's screenplay QURAN CAMP is a Screencraft Film Fund Quarterfinalist and a selected screenplay on the 2022 Cannes Screenplay List.

Samah's original play Letters from London had a reading in The New Play Festival in Evanston, IL. in May of 2022.
